We have 5 rooms with King beds in them. Rooms 20 and 22 also have a futon sofa which folds out into a full size bed, while rooms 17 has a Sleeper sofa in it as well. Room 16 has a kitchenette and gets it's own page in the website, room 12 had two queens previously, we are in the process of renovating it. It will reopen as a king room. These rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. All rooms have a microwave, coffee pot and a small refrigerator. We have changed the decor in the rooms, from the look of the bed, to a personal touch in the bathroom with each towel & wash cloth.

This is room 16 with its Kitchenette. It also has a full size Futon in it, full size refridgearator, full size stove, microwave, and best of all, it's the only room we have that has it's own door to the pool area.
